Return Policy

Smith Tractor Company Return Policy


No one is perfect, not even our pros at Smith Tractor Company. We understand that parts can get ordered in error. If that occurs and you find yourself needing to return a part you purchased from Smith Tractor Company, you will first need to find out if the part is returnable. A restocking fee may apply on all parts returned.

To begin the return process, log into your account and select “Start Return Process” to obtain an RGA.


If you have any questions about the return process, or whether something is returnable, please contact us via E-mail and we will be more than happy to provide you with that information, while guiding you through the return process.

Damaged Packages

All damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package(s) for a claim to be filed. No exceptions.


Non-Returnable Parts


  • Electrical Parts
  • Any part that has been opened. (Part must be in original packaging and unopened.)
  • Manuals- Operator, Technical/ Repair, Service, Parts, etc.
  • Any parts that have been installed on your equipment.
  • Parts that are 30 days or older.
