Smith Tractor Company Shipping Policy

• All orders before 2 p.m. (CST) will be processed same day.
• All parts in stock will be shipped same day as processing.
• Any parts ordered from a vendor will be received at our location in 2 to 3 days and will be shipped within 24 hours of arrival.
• If a part is backordered from the factory, we will notify the customer via email and/ or phone.
• Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, unless package is overweight and needs to be shipped by Freight truck.
• Customers have the option of shipping Ground, and Next Day Air.
• We only provide shipping in the lower 48 States and Canada. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the United States, excluding Canada.
